Introducing Tom O'Neil, a dedicated professional with a rich background in both the military and the real estate industry. Tom proudly served for 20 years in the RAAF, specialising in aircraft maintenance and operations. As a veteran of the Middle East campaign, he developed a strong sense of discipline and perseverance, which he now brings to his role at 4074 property.

Before joining our team in 2022, Tom excelled as a project manager in the Defence industry. However, his true passion has always been real estate. With a noble intent to help people on their property journey, Tom is committed to alleviating the stress often associated with the process. He firmly believes in educating and assisting individuals throughout each step, ensuring they make informed decisions.

A local resident since 2010, Tom has come to know and love the vibrant community of 4074. He and his family have chosen to settle down in this beautiful area, making it their cherished home. When he's not focused on real estate, Tom enjoys spending quality time with his loved ones, playing football and cycling.
